How It Works

CHOOSE YOUR DRESS SAMPLE

​

​You have found the dress you like? Add it to your basket by clicking on "Try at home"!

 

RECEIVE OUR KIT & TRY ON YOUR GOWN

 

Our 'Try at Home box' will be delivered to your door by DHL on a specific date.

 

Each kit comes with clips, a soft measuring tape, a 'Try at Home' guide and prepaid return shipping label.

Now it's time to enjoy a stress free dress up session with your besties and an assortment of tea (also included!).

 

MAIL BACK THE DRESS WITHIN 3 DAYS

​

​With us, no impulsive decisions, we want you to take your time! You have 3 days to try on our models. Once you are ready, send the samples back to us with the free return label included in each box.

​

 

Please note you must read and accept all of our terms + conditions at the bottom of the page and agree that your card be kept on file with us until we receive the dresses back at our studio.

HOW TO TRY

​

Once you have booked in your Try At Home slot, be sure to invite your squad over or arrange a zoom chat to get their opinions.

 

Upon delivery, open up your box of wonders and hang the dresses for a few hours to allow them to naturally drop.

We will provide a dress bag to keep them away from prying eyes!

We’ll also include an assortment of tea, sugar and cups for a real tea party vibe. ;)

 

Unfortunately, our samples will not fit every one of you perfectly. Our sample dresses are generally a size UK10, these will fit up to a size 12 but sometimes sleeves can be an issue. Even seeing the fabric and cut in person can give you a wonderful idea of style and quality.

 

We realise this isn’t a full boutique experience but we have enclosed some clips and a measuring tape with our samples so one of your girl could be on hand to help you with the fitting and take your measurements.

 

After 2 days, you will be sent a reminder to return the samples. A Free return label is included in each box. Remove the one affixed on your box and stick the new one on!

Unfortunately we can not specify a time of collection or delivery with the couriers. Make sure someone is at home for the pick up. ;)

TERMS + CONDITIONS

  • You can choose your dress depending on availability. We will operate on a first come first serve basis and your slot can be booked in advance. There will be a charge of £49 for one box with free return.

​

  • Currently available in UK only. Outside the UK will be charged differently, please contact us with your full address for us to provide a quote.

​

  • Dresses will be sent for your specified date and booked in for return 3 days later. 

​

  • At time of booking your slot, you will be charged £25 + the full price of the dres (we do not accept Paypal, Apple or Google payments).

  • We will check that the items are in transit back to us, failure to send back will result in your card being charged the full amount of the borrowed items. Any damage or cleaning bills will be deduced from your refund amount.

​

  • You must arrange to have someone at home during your delivery.

​

 

  • We will not accept responsibility for missed deliveries.

​

  • You can opt to drop your parcel off instead of having a collection day. Please communicate this with us when booking your Try At Home.

​

  • We ask that you avoid getting make-up on our dresses. If you have a headscarf or light fabric, this can be put over your face when putting the dress on.

​

  • Our samples tend to be a size UK10 (38FR). Our samples will not be the perfect fit, but as in our appointments you can get a wonderful idea of quality and fabrics to make your decision.

​

  • Your £25 charge will also be refunded if you decide to buy your outfit with us.

​

  • All of our designs are owned by Une Jolie Balade® and are not to be reproduced elsewhere. Images taken of the dresses at home are for personal use only (but please send us to them too cause we love to see you playing dress up!)
