Some brides arrive quietly, and leave a lasting impression anyway.
Meghan was one of them.
Her first message came in March 2025, thoughtful, a little tentative, and unmistakably sincere. She had already fallen for the Clemence gown, but as someone discovering Une Jolie Balade for the first time, she wanted to be sure. Ordering a dramatic ballgown from an online-exclusive atelier is no small act of faith, and Meghan approached it the way she seemed to approach most things: carefully, and with a great deal of grace.
Before placing her order, she visited local boutiques, not to find another dress, but simply to try on similar silhouettes and confirm what her heart already knew. Clemence was the one. Her only fear was waiting too long and missing her chance.
What followed were several warm exchanges with our team. Questions about the train, the colour, the proportions. Quiet anxieties wrapped in polite words. And through all of it, Meghan remained genuinely, consistently kind.
A dress made slowly, with intention
Every Une Jolie Balade gown is made to order, one at a time. For Meghan, the process unfolded over several months. In June 2025, knowing she had been waiting anxiously from afar, we sent her a first update while the gown was still being crafted.

A few weeks later, we shared final images, the gown nearly complete. Her reply came quickly:
"Oh my goodness, I am blown away by the beautiful work the team did, it's stunning."
In August, Clemence left our atelier and made her way to Meghan.
The day before
We reached out in January 2026, simply to wish her well before the wedding. Her response was warm and full of feeling:
"WOW. I have received so many compliments from those I've shown it to… It is truly a beautiful gown, and seeing other dresses now seems to hold no comparison!"
She promised photographs once everything had been properly captured as it deserved to be. They arrived in May 2026, alongside a message we won't soon forget.

"You wouldn't believe the amount of compliments I received on the dress. It was truly magnificent and stunning."
And then, the line that stayed with us:
"The photographer said: 'You have the look that everyone wants but doesn't know how to get.'"
A quiet kind of romance
Meghan and Mr. B. married in a beautiful Orthodox Christian ceremony, intimate, unhurried, and deeply elegant. Surrounded by family and friends, there was no spectacle, no performance. Just two people, certain of each other, celebrating in a way that felt entirely true to who they are.

For her wedding day, Meghan chose Clemence: its regal volume, delicate floral detailing, and cathedral-length train feeling perfectly at home in the softness and grandeur of the day.

But what made the gown unforgettable wasn't the dress alone. It was the woman wearing it. The calm she carried. The tenderness in her expression. The feeling, unmistakable in every photograph, that she was exactly where she was meant to be.
That, to us, is what bridal beauty has always been about.
