Where can I see the dresses?

You can book a Virtual Wedding Appointment with our team here. Please make sure to provide us with your wedding date, and the gown you wish to view during your appointment.

How long does it take for a gown to be made?

Our gowns are crafted specifically for each order, we don’t mass produce. Production time is approximately 5 months.

If your wedding is under these timeframes, priority fast-tracking is available at an additional cost.

Will my gown be made to my exact measurements?

All the Une Jolie Balade gowns are made-to-order.

Some dresses are made to your exact measurements.

Some gowns will not be made to your exact measurements, but instead be made to your size range and height (shoulder-to-floor height including heel height).

A size range is a 5cm range that your measurements fall within and are taken at four, different areas on the body to determine the best fit for your shape. ​

For example, a bride may measure an XL bust, L under bust, XL waist and M hip, so she may choose to purchase a size XL gown and then work with a trusted tailor for final alterations.

Contact us with your choice of dress/dresses and measurements if you need another size, and we'll let you know if it's possible. Fees apply.

How do I take my measurements?

You can download this interactive measurements guide here and write down your body measurements. You can also book a virtual appointment if you want our team to assist you with your measurements and advise you on sizing.

Can I make changes to the design of a dress?

At the moment, we do not propose any changes or alterations to our designs in house. Nevertheless, all our creations can be easily altered to reflect a client's personality and other desired changes. These changes need to be undertaken by the client upon receiving the gown, with a local seamstress.

Do you have payment plan options?

Yes! We offer a range of flexible payment options to make your shopping experience seamless. Depending on your location, you can choose from traditional credit and debit card payments, digital wallets, and buy now, pay later plans that allow you to spread the cost of your gown over time. Simply select your preferred option at checkout to find the method that best suits you.

How long does shipping take?

All international orders will be sent via FEDEX, UPS or DHL which takes between 3-14 business days to arrive, depending on location.

Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.

How much does shipping cost?

All international orders will be sent via FEDEX, UPS or DHL and fees will be displayed at checkout.

Orders placed after 01 January 2026 are shipped on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis.This means that the price shown at checkout is final and you will not be charged anything more by your local customs authority to receive your order.

What about Returns/Refunds?

At Une Jolie Balade, we take pride in being a sustainable brand. We have no stock, all our dresses are handmade on request, so unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any return or refund.
