Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase.

We are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed.

Please be sure of the style, size, colour and/or any other specifications before submitting your order.

Due to the special nature of our merchandise, and all dresses and accessories being made upon request, we cannot accommodate exchanges, alterations, returns or refunds under any circumstances. 

However, joliebaladebridal.com will issue a refund for orders we cannot fulfill. This may occur if a product is not available for the given event date and stock is not available.

Refunds may take up to 60 business days for processing.

Email Addresses

We require an email address on your order. All correspondences, confirmations and notifications are provided by email.

We strongly suggest using a current email address, which you have access to and check frequently. Important information about your order will be emailed and may require an immediate response.
