Chelsie & Will - Love Actually (6 Oct. 2023)

Sometimes love doesn’t announce itself with long speeches.
Sometimes, it simply says: “We did a thing💍.”

For Chelsie and Will, their wedding day was exactly that, effortless, joyful, and deeply theirs. Set in Newcastle, their ceremony took place at the Civic Centre, a striking 1967 building whose mid-century lines and quiet elegance perfectly echoed the spirit of their day.

A dress chosen with feeling

Chelsie wore the Gabrielle dress, a design made for movement, lightness, and authenticity. From the very beginning, her relationship with the dress was emotional and instinctive.

"I cried when I opened the box (happy tears!)."

She spoke of how perfectly it fit, how listened to she felt throughout the process, and how the smallest details, even the extra gifts, made the experience unforgettable. Gabrielle wasn’t just worn that day; it was felt.

Last Disco energy

The celebration continued at Full Circle Brewery, where the couple’s Last Disco theme came alive. Under warm lights, surrounded by friends, sisters, and the people who matter most, Chelsie and Will danced, laughed, and let the evening unfold naturally.

They love simple things, long walks in nature, pub nights, festivals, travelling across Europe, and that love for simplicity was everywhere that day. Nothing was overdone. Everything was intentional.

In her words

"Our wedding ceremony was an actual dream."
"The aesthetic was so perfect it needed to be shared."

There is something very British, very sincere, in the way Chelsie describes her day, understated yet full of emotion. A wedding rooted in closeness, friendship, and shared joy.

A moment, not a performance

Chelsie and Will’s wedding reminds us that beauty often lives in the in-between moments: a glance, a laugh, a dress moving freely as the night goes on. Gabrielle was there for all of it, from ceremony to dance floor, exactly as it was meant to be.
