Shipping

Your purchase will be sent with FEDEX, UPS or DHL, and the fees will be displayed at checkout.

We need you to provide a complete shipping address and include a mobile number, email address, business name, apartment number, or suite number if applicable.

We suggest using a business address if a person is not available at your residence to sign for and accept the package.

Changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our receipt of your order.

Custom and Duty Fees

Orders placed after 01 January 2026 are shipped on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means that the price shown at checkout is final and you will not be charged anything more by your local customs authority to receive your order.
