The following Terms & Conditions apply to the use of and purchase from joliebaladebridal.com.
The submission of an order acknowledges your understanding and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
joliebaladebridal.com reserves the right to add, modify or remove any information on our site at anytime without notification.
All purchases and orders from our website are subject to approval.
ORDERS
joliebaladebridal.com recommends placing your order as far in advance of the event as possible to allow ample time for production, shipment and any necessary alterations.
Please take into account we need:
- up to 5 months (without shipping) to create our made-to-order dresses
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the courier service or customs clearance procedures. Please not that no refund will be issued in such cases.
Providing your Measurements / Sizes accommodated
Our designs are exclusively made upon request.
Please note we usually accomodate sizes up to 18UK/AU/NZ or 14USA or 46EU or XXL (Bust ~up to 108cm and Waist ~up to 96cm).
Contact us with your choice of dress/dresses and measurements if you need another size, and we'll let you know if it's possible. Fees apply.
We strongly advise you to have your measurements taken professionally to limit alterations.
The customer is responsible for the size selected. joliebaladebridal.com cannot assume any responsibility for wrong size selection, however our Customer care representatives are able to suggest a size after receiving client's measurements.
We are unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.
Alterations/Changes in our designs
We do not accommodate alterations or changes to our designs in house.
Nevertheless, all our creations can be easily altered to reflect a client's personality and other desired changes. These changes need to be undertaken by the client upon receiving the design with a local seamstress.
Available Colours
Colours displayed on joliebaladebridal.com's website may vary from the actual fabric color due to light or shadow effects.
Some garments are available in multiple color combinations. The customer is responsible for the colour ordered.
Promotions
joliebaladebridal.com periodically features promotions exclusive to online purchases.
Online promotions adhere to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific offer's disclaimer. Promotions are available on a limited time basis. Promotions cannot be applied to previous or existing orders or used in conjunction with any other offer.

PAYMENT & PRICING
joliebaladebridal.com provides a secure online payment. All Information submitted is handled with the strictest security.
Upon submitting your order, an automated email will be sent to acknowledge the purchase. Payments are processed within 24 hours.
Currency is calculated in British Pounds (GBP) only. We do not convert payments into other currencies.
