Une Jolie Balade® is the achievement of 2 French designers who live between Paris, London and Bangkok, where they find inspiration for their new unique designs.

The dresses are carefully imagined in their studio, and expertly crafted by a few gifted seamstresses, in England, Shanghai and Bangkok, in the most sustainable way, especially for our silk fabric.

Although our dresses are made in England and Shanghai, where we carry out final quality checks and finishing touches.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country, although we are working on a solution to provide a new DDP service.

The dresses of our signature collections are all "Custom Size", but some capsule collections are not. You'll always find this info on the listing. But our designs are always "made to order" from scratch, so they are non exchangeable and non refundable.

To our lovely clients who are buying online, in case of a custom sized dress, we ask you to take crucial measurements and we strongly advise you to seek the help of a professional to limit alterations.

IMPORTANT: Please note we usually accomodate sizes up to 18UK/AU/NZ or 14USA or 46EU or XXL (Bust ~up to 108cm and Waist ~up to 96cm). Contact us with your choice of dress/dresses and measurements if you need another size, and we'll let you know if it's possible. Fees apply.

It usually takes up to 16 weeks for custom size dresses, but it depends on the collection. Please consult the details on each collection page.

We do not propose any alterations or changes to our designs in house!

Neverthelesss, all our creations can be easily altered to reflect a client's personality and other desired changes. These changes need to be undertaken by the client upon receiving the design with a local seamstress.

We currently exclusively work online and with our partner boutique in Tokyo, Japan.

Of course we ship worldwide! However, all of our dresses are made specifically to each order so once they are in production, we can not refund any money and they can not be returned.

We do, but we need the photoshoots and moodboards to be in line with our brand and style, so please consider this when e-mailing us.

We get a lot of enquiries for shoots but we can assure you that we do consider all your ideas and try to respond to all requests, so don't hesitate to write to us with your moodbard. ;)

At Une Jolie Balade®, we take pride in being a sustainable brand. We have no stock : all our dresses are handmade on request, whether custom size or not, so unfortunately, we cannot accomodate any return or refund.
