Unejoliebalade.com reserves the right to add, modify or remove any information on our site at anytime without notification. 

 

All purchases and orders from our website are subject to approval. 
 

ORDERS 

Unejoliebalade.com recommends placing your order as far in advance of the event as possible to allow ample time for production, shipment and any necessary alterations. 

 

Please take into account we need: 

• up to 12 weeks to create the custom size dresses

• up to 4 weeks (without shipping) to create the Beach/Modern dresses. 

• up to 3 weeks (without shipping) for non custom sized dresses and Accessories

Providing your Measurements 

Our designs are exclusively made to order and Custom Sized when indicated.

​

We strongly advise you to have your mesurements taken professionally to limit alterations ! 

We kindly ask you to provide us with your measurements within one week after purchase.

The customer is responsible for the measurements provided. Unejoliebalade.com cannot assume any responsibility for wrong measurements provided. 

In addition, our Customer Service representatives are able to suggest a size for non custom size dresses, after receiving client's measurements. We are unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.

 

Alterations

We do not accomodate alterations in house.

 

Available Colours

Colours displayed on unejoliebalade.com's website may vary from the actual fabric color due to light or shadow effects.

Some garments are available in multiple color combinations. The customer is responsible for the color ordered.

 

Promotions

Unejoliebalade.com periodically features promotions exclusive to online purchases.

Online promotions adhere to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific offer's disclaimer. Promotions are available on a limited time basis. Promotions cannot be applied to previous or existing orders or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Unejoliebalade.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without advance notice.

PAYMENT

Unejoliebalade.com provides a secure online payment. All Information submitted is handled with the strictest security.

Upon submitting your order, an automated email will be sent to acknowledge the purchase. Payments are processed within 24 hours.

 

Payment Procedure

Payment is due in full at the point of purchase.

 

Unejoliebalade.com accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Amex.

Currency is calculated in British Pounds (GBP) only. We do not convert payments into other currencies.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase.

 

We are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed.

Please be sure of the style, size, colour and/ or any other specifications before submitting your order.

 

However, unejoliebalade.com will issue a refund for orders we cannot fulfill. This may occur if a product is not available for the given event date and stock is not available.

 

Due to the special nature of our merchandise, and all dresses and accessories being Custom Made, we cannot accommodate exchanges, alterations, returns or refunds under any circumstances, UNLESS your dress/accessory is lost or stolen by the courier. 

 

Refunds may take up to 45 business days for processing.

We will contact you to organise this replacement.

Email Addresses

We require an email address on your order. All correspondences, confirmations and notifications are provided by email.

 

We strongly suggest using a current email address, which you have access to and check frequently. Important information about your order will be emailed and may require an immediate response.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery time may vary depending on your country but we always ship our items with fast and tracked delivery.

 

Rush Delivery

Rush delivery can be proposed under specific circumstances. Please contact us before ordering.

 

Availability and fees for rush delivery vary between products.

 

Shipping

Your purchase will be sent with FEDEX, and the fees will be displayed at checkout.

We need you to provide a complete shipping address and include a mobile number, email address, business name, apartment number, or suite number if applicable.

We suggest using a business address if a person is not available at your residence to sign for and accept the package.

 

Changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our receipt of your order.

 

 

Custom and Duty Fees

Custom and duty fees may be imposed by the recipient’s country. Unejoliebalade.com is not responsible to notify or charge customers for any additional custom and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for any applicable custom and duty fees upon receipt of the order from unejoliebalade.com

Receipt of Order

Unejoliebalade.com  will automatically charge a customer’s account £100.00 if an order is refused upon delivery to the shipping address.
