Unejoliebalade.com recommends placing your order as far in advance of the event as possible to allow ample time for production, shipment and any necessary alterations. 

 

Please take into account we need: 

• up to 12 weeks to create the custom size dresses

• up to 4 weeks (without shipping) to create the Beach/Modern Wedding dresses. 

• up to 3 weeks (without shipping) for non custom sized dresses and Accessories 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the special nature of our merchandise, and all dresses and accessories being Made to order from patterns (whether custom size or not), we cannot accommodate exchanges, alterations, returns or refunds under any circumstances.

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase.

We are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed.

Please be sure of the style, size, color and/or any other specifications before submitting your order.

However, unejoliebalade.com will issue a refund for orders we cannot fulfill. This may occur if a product is not available for the given event date and stock is not available.

Refunds may take up to 45 business days for processing.

LOSS BY COURIER
Replacement Policy
In the event of loss of your package by the courier, the price of the shipping costs includes a "replacement" insurance only. 

No money will be refunded, but unejoliebalade.com agrees to replace your dress/accessory with the same dress/accessory if it is still available, or with an item of equivalent value.
