Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

Unejoliebalade.com recommends placing your order as far in advance of the event as possible to allow ample time for production, shipment and any necessary alterations. 

 

Please take into account we need: 

  • up to 16 weeks (without shipping) to create your custom size wedding dress. 

  • up to 8 weeks (without shipping) for non custom size wedding dresses and Accessories 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the special nature of our merchandise, and all dresses and accessories being Custom Made, we cannot accommodate exchanges, alterations, returns or refunds under any circumstances.

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase.

We are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed.

Please be sure of the style, size, color and/or any other specifications before submitting your order.

However, unejoliebalade.com will issue a refund for orders we cannot fulfill. This may occur if a product is not available for the given event date and stock is not available.

Refunds may take up to 45 business days for processing.

 

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In the rare case that we agree to a refund with the customer, a restocking fee of 35% of the garment price will be applied. The cost of returning the garment will be at the customer's expense, and the garment must be returned in the same condition, with all tags, and in its original box.

 

After checking the condition of the garment, we reserve the right to charge any restoration and dry cleaning fees.

The refund will be made within 30/45 days.


LOSS BY COURIER
Replacement Policy
In the event of loss of your package by the courier, the price of the shipping costs includes a "replacement" insurance only. 


No money will be refunded, but unejoliebalade.com agrees to replace your dress/accessory with the same dress/accessory if it is still available, or with an item of equivalent value.
